Customer Return Policy

The customer can return the item if; the customer bought the wrong item, the product is no longer needed, the product didn't match its description, a gift purchase was incorrect, the product was damaged upon arrival, and the merchant shipped the wrong item.

If you wish to return the product, you must contact the company within 3-5 business days.

The refund depends on the damage, we will replace or repair if the product is damaged. If you still do not want the product we will refund your money, however you can not get money back after 45 days.


Product Warranty Policy

The warranty for LifePro is a one month warranty. If it stopped working or, can not connect in any way than it falls under the Warranty Policy. However if the product is deliberately damaged, or crushed, then it can not be returned. The product will be reviewed buy our team for further notice to ensure the problem was a technical and connection issue instead of it being an intentional damage. If the product gets damaged during shipping please contact us in the span of 5 days.

Please first contact our team on our website. Our sales and marketing team will be in touch. You will need to keep your receipt and send multiple photos of the product. Then include a description of the problem.

The chain is not covered under the warranty however the pendent itself is.We offer an Express warranty for our customers, ensuring that the product works in good condition, and is running smoothly. If the product was severely damaged through shipping than we can fully return the product and give you another one. If the issue is a connection issue with bluetooth or an internal technological problem than it is possible for our technicians to repair the product in a maximum of 10-12 business days.

Damage that is not covered under warranty includes, if it was dropped, or deliberately smashed.
